Eine Lektion beinhaltet Warm-Up, Hauptteil &amp; zum Schluss ein Cool-Down\/Stretching. Der\u00a0Hauptteil beinhaltet Beweglichkeits-, Cardio-, Kraft-, Koordinations-, Balance\u00fcbungen. In den Lektionen werden zum Teil auch Handger\u00e4te eingesetzt wie z.B. Rope-Skipping (Springseile), Tubes, Gymnastikb\u00e4lle, Smovey&#8217;s, Rubberbands, TRX etc.<br \/>\nIch absolviere regelm\u00e4ssig Weiterbildungskurse und besuche den BLS-AED Reanimationskurs. Dadurch bin ich im Bereich Fitness Qualitop zertifiziert. Viele Krankenkassen zahlen einen Beitrag an Ihr Training.<\/p>\n<p>Wo: M\u00fcnchenstein, Turnhalle im Gymnasium M\u00fcnchenstein<\/p>\n<p>Wann: jeweils donnerstags, 20:00-21:00 Uhr<\/p>\n<p>Gruppengr\u00f6sse: bis maximal 40 Teilnehmer\/-innen<\/p>\n<p>Kurskosten: CHF 130.- pro Semester<\/p>\n<p>Ferienzeit: w\u00e4hrend den Schulferien und an den gesetzlichen Feiertagen des Kanton Basellands finden keine Fitnessstunden statt.<\/p>\n<p>Probetraining: ein kostenloses Probetraining kann jederzeit absolviert werden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Einmal pro Woche biete ich eine Fitness-Gymnastik Trainingsstunde an.
